word of advice
This crystal is incredibly heavy and can be sharp in places, so display out of reach of children and animals. There is a slight unevenness at the base, so scrunch up tissue or newspaper to pad out this small pocket and it will stand freely, suffusing your space with magic, light and rainbows.

Hydra’s namesake is a deified constellation whose meaning is ‘water serpent,’ and it is also the most cosmopolitan of the Greek islands — glamourous, stylish and colourful.
Serpents, in esoteric realms, are considered the wise ones and are connected with ancient tantric beliefs around kundalini energy — the divine sensual creation energy that sits, coiled like a snake, at the base of the spine, awaiting awakening through profoundly spiritual experiences. We thought the name quite fitting for such a heavily potent piece, especially as she is a rich and beautiful shade of blue, deep as the oceans.
We selected Hydra for her sheer size and depth of pigmentation. She will be exquisite on any table’s centrepiece, surrounded by fresh flowers and flickering candles at dinner parties, or placed on mantelpieces, bookshelves and bedsides to infuse your space with an air of tranquility and inspire conversation as guests marvel at her beauty and her origins, which you can read of here.
This piece is comprised of blue chalcedony (read more here), glossy apophyllite crystals (read more here) and studded with peach stilbite buds (read more here).
Make a divine statement and give your home a curated feeling of intelligent eclecticism and exotic stories.

A golden optical calcite freeform crystal, coloured richly, as though it's been steeped in silky honey in the warmth of an Egyptian sun in offering to the Sky God. It is due to this heady opulence that we decided to name this piece Nectar of the Gods. There is something otherworldly and somewhat ancient about it, which resonates because it was forming during the reign of Cleopatra, and when the Greek Gods thundered on Mount Olympus. Ambrosia was the golden elixir of life consumed by those deities and was known as Nectar of the Gods, hence the title of this sumptuous piece.
Being the golden-yellow colour of the solar plexus (stomach region) this crystal may activate this energy centre, bringing about emotional / energetic releases and unblocking what has become stagnant or knotted there energetically. This energy centre deals with nerves, adrenaline, anxiousness and stress, which is how we feel when it's out of balance. When it is aligned, however, we feel self-assured, grounded, quietly confident and able to communicate or share our feelings calmly and effectively. We do not feel usurped or as though our power has been stripped away. We are empowered when this energy centre is in flow.
Unfolding and blooming like the rosy petals of blossom in Spring as the winter melts away, this crystal is exceptional - in all ways. Her sheer scale and weight is enough to make her one of the highlights on our shop. And then we have her richly pigmented pink colouration and intriguing formation. There is a gradient effect to her colouring; she fades from rich strawberry-pink to pastel peach. Her rippling surface is reminiscent of the petals on a flower, and thus she brings with her a divine feminine energy, a profoundly healing frequency that taps into the heartspace.
